This residential project is located in a central district of Tehran and consists of five independent housing units distributed across five levels, along with communal and fitness spaces on the basement floor.
Taking advantage of the dual access from the north and south sides, the slight variation in site elevation was utilized to establish two separate entrances and improve spatial connectivity.
The core design concept focuses on enhancing the quality of living through abundant natural light and effective cross-ventilation. South-facing terraces, directly linked to the living and kitchen areas, create a seamless dialogue between interior spaces and intimate outdoor greenery.
A notable feature of the project is the shared fitness area in the basement, which benefits from natural lighting and ventilation through carefully planned architectural openings. The green roof offers residents an elevated open space with views toward the northern mountains of Tehran, providing a pleasant setting for social gatherings and outdoor living.
