Jamshidiye   <

This residence is located within one of the garden areas in northern Tehran, on the southern edge of Jamshidieh Park. The building had previously undergone two separate renovation phases and subsequent expansions. The main design concept aimed to reorganize the interior spaces to better accommodate contemporary living needs, while responding to the challenges of an existing discontinuous structural system.

The courtyard, featuring mature trees and an uninterrupted view toward southern Tehran, held significant environmental and visual value. Therefore, the landscape design focused on preserving the natural character of the garden, while restoring the existing pool and upgrading the guardhouse to create a functional and pleasant outdoor environment for the residents.

During the design process, the structure required a technical review, which led to structural reinforcement interventions on the southern side of the building. Moreover, due to the central organization of the plan, interior corridors and middle zones lacked sufficient natural light. To resolve this issue, skylights were introduced above the kitchen and central circulation areas, enhancing daylight quality and natural ventilation within the core of the house.
